LWC empowers people with motor impairment to engage in fulfilling careers by offering a variety of entrepreneurial businesses. They want people with disabilities should be computer literate and can earn their money by inputting data to computer. They provide the opportunity through training and skill development to engage in meaningful work.

a.      By considering the above scenario, as an HCI Specialist you will have to propose a text entry solution for such impaired individuals. Write the name of solution.

Solution:

Track ball for text entry Mouth-stick is a good solution for impaired individuals.

b.      You also need to defend his/her proposed solution by providing its advantages and disadvantages.

Advantage of Mouth-stick:

It’s a simple, cheap and very popular device among motor impaired people.

 Disadvantage of Mouth-stick:

Time consuming when entering long sentences.

Scenario:

            Suppose I am working on a website and have designed a homepage. The information I added does not fit into screen size of computer. I do not want to remove any data from this page and don’t want to put any data on another page or hyperlink. Is there any solution that all data can be shown to user on a page?
